Tree Risk Assessment

Unnecessary removals cost homeowners thousands, while hidden defects put families and property at risk.

A professional Tree Risk Assessment gives you clarity. With ISA TRAQ training and 15 years in the field, I evaluate your trees using industry-recognized standards so you know exactly what needs to be done—and what doesn’t.

There are three levels of Tree Risk Assessment, each designed for different situations:

  • Level 1 (Limited Visual Assessment):
A quick, walk-by overview identifying obvious defects or hazards across multiple trees or entire properties.

  • Level 2 (Basic Assessment):
A detailed, 360-degree evaluation of an individual tree. This includes visual inspection, sounding with a mallet, root collar evaluation, canopy assessment, pest/disease identification, and site condition analysis. This is the standard assessment most homeowners need.

  • Level 3 (Advanced Assessment):
Used when deeper investigation is required. May include aerial inspection, decay detection tools, resistance drilling, or advanced diagnostics to understand internal or root-system conditions.

With formal training, field experience since 2010, and ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, I provide clear recommendations, helping you understand whether a tree can be preserved through pruning/PHC or if removal is warranted. My goal is always your safety, your property’s value, and the long-term health of your trees.   Reach out today for an assessment:
