Fuji Apple — Semi-Dwarf
(Malus domestica ‘Fuji’ grafted on M106 rootstock)
Tree Description
The Fuji Apple is one of the most popular apple varieties in the world, known for its exceptionally sweet flavor, crisp texture, and excellent storage life. The fruit is medium to large with beautiful red striping over a yellow background, and the flesh is dense, juicy, and very sweet.
Fuji apples ripen in mid to late fall, making them a great late-season apple for fresh eating, baking, and long-term storage. Because of their natural sweetness and crunch, they are especially popular as a fresh eating apple straight off the tree.
These trees are grafted onto M106 semi-dwarf rootstock, which produces a moderately sized tree that is easier to manage and harvest than standard apple trees while still producing heavy crops of high-quality fruit.
